How does it work?

The bot keeps refreshing the page, and it’s so fast that as soon as the ticket/queue appears, it adds the ticket to basket and in that short time it’s about impossible for any human to add a ticket to cart. And once a ticket is added to cart, twickets/ticketmaster/the platform holds that ticket for you to buy for a few minutes. Or you can set the bot to auto checkout too.
